From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and competent, making the entire process seamless. We hired them to redo the existing floor and extend our existing hardwood floors into two additional rooms, and the results are flawless. They blended the new wood so perfectly that you cannot see a transition anywhere today. It looks like it was all installed at the same time. Floors Free did a fantastic job with our home improvement project in Ken Caryl Valley. We wanted to refinish our existing cherry hardwood floors plus remove the carpet on our stairs and upstairs hallway and replace it with matching hardwood.  Bryan walked me through the design considerations and aesthetics, paying careful attention to the pictures I showed him and asking questions to make sure he understood the look I wanted.  His team put down five different stain samples (my choices) in two areas in the house so I could see exactly what they looked like on our wood in our home's lighting.  Once the project was underway, Taylor did a beautiful job refinishing the existing flooring and installing the new floor.  He made sure every detail was right.  I love how it turned out! Free Floor Inc did an excellent job sanding and refinishing our hardwood floors! We chose them not only for their competitive pricing, but also for their clear and responsive communication. Our main contact, Brian, was incredibly helpful and flexible throughout the pre-contract phase and the entire project. He stained a few different finish variations on our own floor for us to choose from. Brian also had his team install new base boards and coordinated with a third-party painter, which saved us the hassle of managing multiple vendors ourselves and really updated the space. This is a very over due review. I was just cleaning my wood floor that Brian and his crew put in several years ago and admiring how good it still looks. Brian and his team were GREAT! Brian was super accommodating when we had to bump up our time line. Our project required patching of hardwood floors where we took down walls and a breakfast bar.
